Would you like to develop products that you fly yourself? Then join our development team and help bring new harnesses and accessories from the initial idea to series production. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Product Developer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

• Independent development and further development of paragliding harnesses and accessories, from initial concept through to series production
• Creation of patterns in Rhinoceros and production documents in Adobe Illustrator
• Production and optimization of prototypes, including hands-on work with a sewing machine
• Research and selection of suitable materials and components
• Close collaboration with the Design, Testing and Production teams
• Coordination and communication with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners
• Planning, coordination and evaluation of test flights for product validation
• Support with product maintenance, quality assurance and technical documentation
• Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify new trends and potential for innovation

• Passionate paraglider pilot (m/f/d) with a good understanding of harnesses and accessories
• Strong technical understanding and experience working with textile materials
• Experience in pattern making and confident use of a sewing machine
• Knowledge of CAD applications, ideally in product development and prototyping
• Creative, structured and solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality
• Strong team spirit, initiative and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Good written and spoken German and English skills

• Permanent full-time position with a 37.5-hour work week, with Fridays ending at 1:30 p.m.
