To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time HR Administrator (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
• Independent management of HR administration from onboarding through to offboarding
• Maintenance of employee master data and payroll data
• Processing of payroll
• Point of contact for employees and managers on payroll tax and social security matters
• Handling statutory notifications, reports and certificates
• Support with payroll tax and social security audits
• Administration of the time tracking system
• Management of vacation, sick leave and other absences
• Support with day-to-day HR operations
Your Profile
• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources
• Professional experience in HR, particularly in payroll
• Experience with payroll software, ideally Agenda
• Independent, structured and pragmatic approach to work
• Strong organizational skills, initiative and a hands-on mentality
• High level of trustworthiness, discretion and responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills
