Your Responsibilities

• You will support our national and international distribution partners as well as end customers.
• You will process incoming orders from our online shop and via email.
• You will support new dealers during the onboarding process and assist with payment processing in our ordering system.
• You will monitor and coordinate the flow of goods in collaboration with Sales, Technical Support and Warehouse Operations.
• You will support and manage our key accounts.
• You will respond to customer inquiries and work closely with our distribution partners.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confident use of Microsoft Teams
• Experience with ERP or merchandise management systems
• A team player with strong organizational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Good written and spoken English skills
