• Conceptualizing, planning, creating and publishing brand stories
• Managing social media channels on a strategic and operational level, including community management
• Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase reach and engagement
• Working closely with our athletes and brand ambassadors
• Onboarding, supporting and developing our athlete team
• Planning and coordinating athlete campaigns and content releases
• Acting as the interface between athletes, the marketing team and internal departments
• Creating content briefs and collaborating on the development of storylines
• Supporting the organization and coordination of content productions across photo, video and written content

• Degree or comparable qualification in marketing, communications, online marketing or digital media
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Strong understanding of relevant social media platforms and their audiences
• Experience in content creation and content production
• Industry knowledge in kitesurfing and parakiting, with a strong passion for sports and digital media
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• A structured, self-driven and hands-on approach to work
• Strong team spirit and empathy when working with athletes and the community
